After studying numerous different trainers and styles, Tucker developed a horse training method based on patience, trust, respect, and consistency. His focus is to build a relationship where both the horse and the human get the most out of training. Tucker states, “I want to make horses safer and more pleasurable for people to be around. My goal is to create a solid foundation, through ground work and under saddle, and then allow the horse and owner to progress to any level they wish.”
Tucker currently trains out of Red Hawk Ranch in Conifer, Colorado. This facility has private boarding, indoor arena, outdoor arena, large round pen, and access to trail riding. At this facility, he is able to work with his Reined Cow Horses, gentle mustangs, start horses under saddle, and offers general horsemanship training and clinics.
In the past Tucker has also working with several horse rescues located in the area. This work includes evaluation of incoming horses, weekly training sessions with the rescue horses, and hosting horsemanship clinics.
In addition to Red Hawk Ranch, Tucker also works with many clients around the Denver Metro area.
